Question 1

What is NearMe AI?

Accepted Answer

NearMe AI is an AI-powered local discovery network for local businesses. We help Partners strengthen how their business is understood and discovered across Google, Google Maps, reviews, local search and AI-powered discovery while protecting one active NearMe AI Partner per category within each approved protected territory.

Question 2

What does "local discovery" mean?

Accepted Answer

Local discovery is the process customers use to find, compare and choose nearby businesses. That discovery increasingly happens across Google Search, Google Maps, reviews, business listings, websites and AI-powered search or recommendation platforms. NearMe AI brings the local visibility signals across those environments into one managed system.

Question 3

Is NearMe AI just an SEO company?

Accepted Answer

No. Local SEO is one part of the NearMe AI service. NearMe AI combines protected local category positioning with ongoing work across Google Business Profile, Google Maps, reviews, local SEO, local content, business information and AI-powered discovery.

Question 4

How is NearMe AI different from a traditional marketing agency?

Accepted Answer

Traditional marketing providers may work with several competing businesses in the same area. NearMe AI uses a protected territory model. While an approved Partner's category protection remains active, NearMe AI will not knowingly approve another active Partner in the same protected category within the same approved protected territory, subject to the Partner Terms. NearMe AI also brings multiple parts of local discovery management into one system rather than treating each channel as a separate service.

Question 5

Why does AI matter to a local business?

Accepted Answer

AI is changing how customers research and compare businesses. A customer may still use Google Search or Maps, but they may also ask an AI-powered platform which local business is relevant to their needs. NearMe AI works on the business information, content, reputation and local signals that may help search and AI-powered systems better understand who your business is, what you do and where you operate. Placement or recommendations on third-party AI platforms cannot be guaranteed.

Question 6

What am I actually buying when I join NearMe AI?

Accepted Answer

Your NearMe AI membership combines two core elements: A protected NearMe AI category position within your approved territory while your subscription remains active and in good standing.. Ongoing local discovery management designed to strengthen how your business is represented and discovered across relevant local search and discovery environments. Your exact included services depend on the applicable NearMe AI Partner service.

Question 7

What is a NearMe AI Protected Territory?

Accepted Answer

A Protected Territory is an approved geographic area associated with a specific business category within the NearMe AI network. While your subscription remains active, paid and in good standing, NearMe AI will not knowingly approve another active Partner in the same protected category within the same approved protected territory, subject to the Partner Terms.

Question 8

Do I own the territory?

Accepted Answer

No. A Protected Territory is a contractual NearMe AI network position. It does not represent ownership of land, customers, leads, search rankings or geographic property.

Question 9

What does "One Business. One Category. One Protected Territory." mean?

Accepted Answer

It means one active NearMe AI Partner can hold the same protected category position within an approved protected territory at a time. Different business categories may operate within overlapping geographic areas. The protection applies to the NearMe AI Partner category position — it does not prevent other businesses from trading, advertising or operating in that geographic area.

Question 10

How is my territory calculated?

Accepted Answer

NearMe AI considers factors including your business location, category, estimated market population, selected geographic coverage and existing protected territory coverage.

Question 11

What does Recommended Territory mean?

Accepted Answer

NearMe AI evaluates available coverage options and identifies a territory designed to provide a sensible starting market for your category and location. Where available, you may be able to choose smaller or larger coverage.

Question 12

Can I choose a larger territory?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where surrounding territory remains available. Larger territories may carry a higher monthly subscription price because they protect more population and geographic coverage.

Question 13

Can I choose a smaller territory?

Accepted Answer

Where permitted for your category and available in the market, you may be able to select a smaller territory than the recommendation.

Question 14

What happens if territories overlap?

Accepted Answer

NearMe AI checks existing protected category coverage before confirming a new territory. Proposed coverage may be adjusted where required to preserve an existing Partner's protected category position. Different business categories may have overlapping geographic coverage.

Question 15

Does checking a territory reserve it?

Accepted Answer

No. Checking availability does not reserve a territory. Your protected category position is secured only after the claim process is completed and confirmed.

Question 16

What happens if another business secures my category first?

Accepted Answer

If another eligible business secures the same protected category position within the territory before you complete your claim, that position may no longer be available while their protection remains active. NearMe AI may show alternative available coverage where appropriate.

Question 17

How much does NearMe AI cost?

Accepted Answer

Protected NearMe AI Partner memberships currently start at $499/month. Your exact monthly price depends on factors including your business category, estimated local population and selected geographic coverage.

Question 18

What is included in the monthly membership price?

Accepted Answer

Your membership includes your protected NearMe AI category position within the approved territory plus the applicable ongoing local discovery services included in your Partner plan. Depending on the applicable service, this may include Google Business Profile management, Google Maps visibility work, review management, local SEO, local content, business listings and citations, AI-search visibility work and reporting.

Why does one territory cost more than another?

Does the network provide value today or only in the future?

Accepted Answer

The NearMe AI membership is designed to provide value today through protected category positioning and ongoing local discovery management.
